Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unworn items in original condition.

REFUNDS

Once the item arrives and passes a routine inspection, we'll process your refund. You'll receive confirmation by email. Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days depending on your payment method.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping is at your expense, unless you received the wrong item or the item arrived defective. In that case, contact us first and we'll sort it out.

CONDITIONS

Items must be unused and unworn. Boots that show signs of wear beyond trying them on for fit may not qualify for a full refund. If the item's value has decreased due to use, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you received the wrong item or something that arrived damaged, email hello@whatshoes.co and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
