We always hope that you are happy with our products, but sometimes life happens and you need to return your order. In that case, please get in touch with our customer support at hello@whatshoes.co and we will get back to you in 1-3 working days. Please include your order number.
Please use the shipping method of your choosing. The shipping fees for returns are not compensated, unless the reason for return is the fact that the item being returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. an incorrect or defective item).
We’ll accept returns if:
- The product is sent back to us within 30 days of the order date
- The product is unused and undamaged
- All labels are still attached to the product
If the refund criteria mentioned above aren’t met, the product will be returned to you and you will not be refunded. If this is the case, we’ll be in touch.
